INSPIRALIZED - Udi's Gluten Free
Remember the delicious Spicy Chicken with Plantain Rice and Avocado Mango Salsa? Wellll it’s that time of the month again! It’s time to vote on your favorite recipe from the April Recipe Challenge on the Inspiralized Community.

With April’s’ challenge, we have more than double the recipes! The voting is going to be tough (these recipes are sensational!), so I’ll need everyone’s help – use the voting poll at the end of this post to select your pick.

And, this time around, we have a sponsor! Udi’s Gluten Free will be awarding the winner with a gift basket full of Udi’s goodies!

That’s right – Udi’s Gluten Free is kindly partnering up with Inspiralized to sponsor the Inspiralized Community‘s Recipe Challenges for the rest of the year! This means that each month, you’ll have a chance to win a basket full of gluten-free products from Udi’s (valued at $75!) If you didn’t know already, they make the #1 best-selling gluten-free bread. I’ve had it – it’s awesome. Their Snickernoodles are also incredibly addictive!

Thanks to Udi’s for their generosity!

Like last time, I’ll be recreating the winning dish on the blog and sharing the recipe with everyone. You can get all of these recipes right away by joining the Inspiralized Community (it’s free!)

April’s Recipe Challenge was “Easy Side Dishes.” Members were instructed to:

It’s time to come out of winter hibernation and start having people over to enjoy good food and better weather! Whip up a side dish using a spiralized veggie – it doesn’t have to be fancy, just a good ‘ole side!

Of course, If you haven’t entered already, check out the May Recipe Challenge: the theme is “Picnic Pasta (or Pasta Salad)”:

Memorial Day is JUST around the corner, so we’ll be eating lots of fresh and light pasta dishes at picnics and summer parties! Inspiralize your favorite summer pasta or pasta salad and share with everyone!

Check out the following recipes and vote (at the end) before Sunday, May 11th, 11:59pm EST.

  • I don't really understand the poll. It doesn't seem to correspond with the side dishes listed.
    • You have to go to the "April Recipe Challenge" link in the first paragraph of this page. Recipes are there but I'm still not sure how to vote.
  • how do you get to the recipes to try them?
  • I'm a little confused as well- the dishes to be different than what we voted on?
  • This isn't making sense again this voting session. I couldn't figure out how to do it last month and this month isn't any better. Help!
  • My choice does not seem to be winning yet, I'd love the recipe though :-) It's the cucumber noodle salad with salsa, that just sounds delicious.
  • #5
  • Can we have access to the recipes even if they don't win? It would be easier to vote if I could see the ingredients.
    • Julie, of course! All of their recipes are posted in the Inspiralized Community (which is free to join - community.inspiralized.com). Thanks!
  • Those were tough choices! Everything looked so good!
