#EverydayInspiralized: Ginger Scallion and Egg Drop Zucchini Noodle Bowl

#EverydayInspiralized: Ginger Scallion and Egg Drop Zucchini Noodle Bowl

I’m having a lot of fun with this #EverydayInspiralized series, because I’m digging up some of my “oldies but goodies” recipes.

What’s encouraging is that these recipes (albeit old) are still some of my most popular, ever! This Ginger Scallion and Egg Drop Zucchini Noodle Bowl, for instance, is one of my most popular blog recipes (it’s also in my cookbook), and I posted it in October 2013.

I slightly modified this recipe (I omitted seaweed, basically), but you can follow along here.

And as always, let me know if there is anything you’d like me to make in a future episode of my #EverydayInspiralized series! I’m so happy you’re all loving these videos.

Watch this week’s episode of #EverydayInspiralized and subscribe so you never miss a video (I’m also gearing up to do a giveaway for all of my YouTube subscribers only!):
