  3. Happy new year dear Ali. To you and yours. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank YOU. You are always so gracious and thanking us. By I am so indebted to you. I am wheat intolerant and love my pasta. Yes….rice pasta is okay….but there is nothing like zuchinni noodles, and sweet potato noodles. I am in heaven. Big portions and lower calories. Yippeeeeeeee. So we all wish you continued success. I pre purchased your cookbook. I hope to be able to say…I knew her when…..you are destined for great things.

Happy New Year to you, Ali! May 2015 be a bright & beautiful year for you & yours! I am looking forward to your cookbook coming out so I can purchase it. Didn’t pre-order as I am in Canada & I would have to pay shipping which adds to the cost of the book. Am waiting for it to arrive in Indigo book store.
Thanks for all your fabulous recipes that you give us. One of my intentions this year is to eat more veggies & make more of your inspirilized recipes.

  5. Happy New Year! Congrats on your weight lost and thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes !

  7. I just purchased my spiralizer this weekend at Williams Sonoma on a whim. Boy am i glad i did, after trying it I went back and purchased one as a gift for my mom. As i was looking for ideas and recipies, I stumbled across you site and I became a fan over night. Everything I need to know can be found right here. I quickly filled my fridge with vegetables and can’t wait to start trying your recipes. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to make such wonderful looking meals that are low in calories and healthy.

  8. Just found this blog. Pre- ordered the cookbook and purchased a spiralizer. My sister is a cancer survivor. I can hardly wait to share this find. The paper copy book will ship to her, the kindle edition to her. My iPad accompanies me to the kitchen. Dreaming of March! ‘Til then, I will practice spiralizing. With much gratitude, ruth
