Preparation: Peel and slice ends off flatly and evenly.
Cook method:

  • Roast at 425, 15-20 minutes
  • Saute, 10-15 minutes
  • Boil, 5-10 minutes

Storage: Seal in an airtight container, lasts up to 7 days in the refrigerator, can be frozen.
