Who doesn’t love Memorial Day? It’s the unofficial start to summer and everyone gathers to BBQ.

  2. Love these recipes! In the Spiralized bell pepper antipasto, you mention balsamic vinegar but I don’t see it in the recipe. You also add in garlic powder in the instructions section but not in the ingredients. How much/when should we add these 2 in?

  5. I just received your book and I’m eager to try all of the recipes. However, have a question. My husband is dairy free and I want to know if I could substitute Soy Yogurt (or something) for the Ricotta in your Recipe: “Apple, Pear, Ricotta Parfait”?
    Also, do you have any suggestions on what to substitute for other cheeses, such as Mozzarella, Feta, Provolone, etc.?
