My weekly dinner plans:
Sunday: Leftover Chicken Burrito Bowls with Sweet Potato Rice
Monday: Chicken Tagine with Golden Beet Rice from the Inspiralize Everything cookbook, using salmon instead of chicken
Tuesday: Blog recipe testing leftovers (TBD – spiralized sweet potato & quinoa stuffed peppers)
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Spiced Lentils and Cauliflower with Carrot Rice from the Inspiralize Everything cookbook
Thursday: I’m traveling this weekend!
