My weekly dinner plans:
Sunday: Super Bowl Sunday eats! Aside from chips and guacamole, we’ll be having Veggie Burgers & Sweet Potato Fries.
Monday: Turkey Meatballs with Zucchini Noodles
Southwest Quinoa and Spiralized Sweet Potato Stuffed Bell Peppers I ended up eating leftovers of my Quinoa Veggie Chili
Wednesday: Roasted Veggies with Lentils and Egg
Thursday: Roasted Salmon with Greek Kale Salad
