  • Do you have a recipe for the bbq chicken quinoa bowls?
  • This maybe silly but I cannot get my zucchini noodles to not be a watered down mess! What I currently do is inspiralize them....sprinkle them with salt...put them in a strainer for awhile...quickly rinse them off and then sautéed them.....and they are always just a puddle! Any recommendations?
    • I read on an earlier blog that you are NOT to salt them before you cook them. The salt brings out the moisture. Also, you are not to peel them. Hope this helps, but I saw that on this site.
      • I found the site: https://inspiralized.com/the-three-best-ways-to-cook-spiralized-zucchini-noodles/
        • Carole, thank you SO MUCH! I really appreciate you responding! <3
    • As soon as I finish spirilizing I wrap them in paper towels and squeeze out the water.
