  1. All of these look so amazing! I need to buy a real spiralizer (I just have one of those dingy hand held ones) so I can make things other than just zoodles! The Mexican Street Corn potatoes look TO DIE FOR. Have a great Memorial Day!

  2. I just received my ‘new’ spiralizer yesterday. Cant wait to use it tonight. My old one has been banished to the garage shelf. I made the 3 bean zucchini macaroni salad the other night. In a word…..fabulous. I altered the recipe a bit…used a whole can of red beans and a whole can of cannelini beans. But that’s the beauty of your recipes and inspiralizing. Creativity and inspiralizing makes your recipes good no matter what. Thanks again and have a wonderful Memorial Day.

  3. So many yummy eats! Thanks for the roundup!

  4. Hi Ali, is the pizza egg muffins directly link available? Right now it’s a link to your pintrest post.

  5. Hi. I pre-ordered your book and then decided to buy another for my daughter. Amazon was sold out, but she will receive it in June. Must be a popular book!

  6. Hi! Do you think the spring rolls would work if wraped in thin philo and then baked for maybe 8 min at
maybe 375 or 400 ? Would some sauce of some sort be needed within the roll for moisture? I don’t usually experiment….strictly a recipe cook!
