One of the best parts of publishing a cookbook is seeing everyone’s photos of the dishes they’ve made from the cookbook.

Today’s the last day of “cookbook week” and I’m rounding up all of my blogger friends who featured a recipe from Inspiralize Everything this week!

Aside from all the recipes, I’m also sharing another fun video. I’m clearly on a spiralized ravioli kick (did you see my Facebook Live on Wednesday night?), so here we are with the Vegan Zucchini Raviolis with Cashew Cheese from the cookbook. Honestly, these raviolis are mind-blowing and total crowd pleasers!

You’ll have to buy the cookbook to get the recipe, but they’re super easy and used my favorite jarred pasta sauce brand, Victoria Fine Foods. Their Organic Tomato Herb sauce is my go-to! In the cookbook, I actually call out some of my favorite brands in the intro section of the cookbook, where I list my favorite healthy cooking tools and pantry staples. I’d be lost during busy weeknights without my Victoria Fine Foods!
