Spiralized Vegetarian Full English Breakfast + Cook the Cookbook

Inspiralize Everything Cookbook by Ali Maffucci

First off, I can’t thank you all enough for all the kind words and encouragement yesterday! You all truly made my day, and I believe in Inspiralized even more so!

I’ve been reading every single comment, post, Tweet, Snap – all of it! I’m so glad you’re loving the cookbook as much as I do, and I’m looking forward to all your pictures as you cook through it.

Speaking of cooking through this cookbook….

The recipes in this cookbook are meant to be filling, full meals – whether a light salad for lunch or some sausage and peppers for dinner, this cookbook has meals for every mood!

SO, cook your meals with me – through my #CookTheCookbook challenge!

Use the #InspiralizeEverything hashtag and tag @Inspiralized every time you make something from the book (I’ll be cooking every night!) on Instagram and Twitter for the remainder of August. The winner (who rocks the challenge!) will win an Inspiralizer and a personalized note from me!

Now, what will I be cooking? Here’s my meal plan for the rest of August – feel free to follow along, or make your own plan!

Union Square Farmer’s Market

If you live in New York City, stop by the Union Square Farmer’s Market and say hi! I’ll be posting up 11:00am – 1:00pm, signing cookbooks (bring yours or buy one there!), spiralizing veggies, and serving up my favorite summertime staple: pesto zucchini noodles. I hope to see you there!

New Video from Inspiralize Everything

Also, today we have another quick video from another recipe in Inspiralize Everything – my Vegetarian Full English Breakfast, using spiralized sweet potatoes. You can grab the full recipe in the cookbook!

  1. Got my book in the mail last night! I can’t wait to dig in this weekend! Congrats Ali!

  2. Ali,
Will you be at the farmers market today, wednesday, or this Saturday ??

  3. My book arrived right on time yesterday. I’ve been reading and enjoying it ever since. Tonight we’re having the Fajita bowl! Thanks for another great tool for healthful eating.

  4. Steven Geller :

    Short and sweet video….nice

  5. So, what are you cooking tonight, August 17th? There’s nothing listed in the post above, just the date….

  6. I’m bummed! I ordered the book through Barnes & Noble because I thought it would “raise” your scores of popularity as measured by those that do those things! And the book doesn’t come until Friday.

  7. I love your new Inspiralize Everything cook book! The format, pictures and recipes are just
what I need. I’ve given the Inspiralizer and your first book to a number of people and I feel this book will be an even better first book. My copy of your book Inspiralized is well worn with many book markers. Can’t wait to cook this book. At 64, I appreciate you updating my tools and cooking habits. Thanks, your fan.

  8. Dawn Alexander :

I am so thrilled for your success but it seems to be harder and harder to just get to a recipe to make it on the website anymore. I love your site and have been making the recipes for at least two years but don’t make me have to search for a recipe in a post or a video.

  9. Dawn Alexander :

Got it. Need to buy the cook book for the recipe. Could have put that more clearly in your text. Just saying

  10. Have been a fan for a while, since before the first book!! Literally the only comment I’ve ever left on a blog. Ever. Hahah keep up the great work and congrats on the new book – I preordered it on Amazon, have it in my kitchen and already testing out the recipes!!! Love love love. xx Liz

  11. p.s. for those of you having difficulty finding the recipes, not sure why…I find it pretty simple to scroll down but I also recommend getting the Inspiralized App for your phone. Easy-peasy and searchable.

the books + app + blog = good stuff all around :)

  12. Spiralizing veggies for breakfast sound the best!
