Sundried Tomato Pesto
Ingredients
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 small garlic cloves
- ½ cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the pesto in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
