Sunday: Split Pea Cauliflower Curry
Monday: Potato-Wrapped Roasted Carrots over Beluga Lentils from the Inspiralize Everything cookbook
Tuesday: Vegan Burrito Bowls with Quinoa
Wednesday: Chicken Cacciatore with Rutabaga Noodles from the Inspiralize Everything cookbook
Thursday: Date night in the city!

  1. I have seen your video on how to spiralize red cabbage. Can the same be done to green cabbage?
  2. I have a question about your muffin recipe (in INSPIRALIZE EVERYTHING). When you say to pour the muffins into large muffin tins (the recipe makes 6), are you talking about the giant muffins or just the regular (not mini) muffins but the large pan (that makes 12 regular muffins? I hope that makes sense. Thanks.
