My weekly dinner plans:
Sunday: Quinoa, Avocado and Veggie Bowls with Sweet Potatoes
Monday: I’m traveling to SXSW for work, so I won’t be home!
Tuesday: I’m traveling to SXSW for work, so I won’t be home!
Wednesday: I don’t get in until around dinner time, so I’ll probably meet Lu out for dinner.
Thursday: Dijon Salmon with Shredded Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Potatoes
