What’s Next on Inspiralized?

Everyone has different taste buds and therefore, different preferences. My old roommate Keleigh hates cilantro and my old coworker Emily hates bell peppers. Once, I hosted a fajita night for some friends and had to make a cilantro-less serving of guacamole (oh, the horror!) and a pepper-free plate of fajitas…. They’re lucky I love to cook! 

Me? I hate eggplant. I literally love every food except eggplant. Even if they served me a personally prepared piece at Le Cirque, I’d refuse it. Aside from hating eggplant, I am definitely biased towards certain foods, dishes, preparation styles, types of seasonings, and spice levels. For example, if my boyfriend brought home a salt lick one day, I’d be thrilled… needless to say, I tend to over-salt. I also prefer seafood and veggies more than grains and meats.

To make a long story short, I want to know what YOU (my faithful readers and new visitors) want to see on Inspiralized. Whatever it is, I want to hear it…. think of how surprising it will be when I whip up your Grandma’s lasagna using zucchini noodles or go a straight week filled with Paleo recipes? I’m willing to make anything and everything, as long as it can be spiralized…. happy voting!
