I just wanted to comment because I have been “spiralizing” for about a year and have shared so many of your recipes with friends and family! I am embarrassed to say I was using another veggie spiralizer brand because it was given as a Christmas gift last year. The other day I went to spiralize a sweet potato and it broke, so I went to Sur La Table and bought yours and let me just tell anyone who thinks it is the same as others..it is 100 times better!! It is so sturdy and makes the prettiest noodles!! I feel like it is going to last much longer than any other brand. I am so excited and literally have spiralized anything I can get my hands on now. 🙂
