Made this amazing dish last night and it was wonderful. I used bok choy instead of corn and Italian Grana Padano for the cheese. WOW! My family ate it all and my girls don’t even like eggs. Keep these amazing dishes coming!

This was amazing, and I omitted the bacon, adding tomato and sliced avocado instead. Also used Parmesan cheese instead of asagio because I had that on hand. LOVED the kohlrabi and corn combination. I used raw fresh sweet corn for an extra crunch. Will be making this again and again! Thanks for the great recipe!!!

I made this last night – it tasted yummy! My husband and I ate the rest for breakfast this morning. I made it with zucchini, because the Grove Street Farmer’s Market didn’t have any kohlrabi on Thursday. The corn and bacon combination is one of my favorites. Thanks for the recipe, Ali!

Excellent as I’m growing kohlrabi. I’ve only ever eaten it raw, dipped in ranch, so this will be a fun recipe to try!

This sounds delicious – but I would leave out the bacon, maybe substitute some ham? My husband is not a fan of bacon, and I’m no longer that fond of it. I’m looking forward to trying it.

Cannot wait to make this. It looks delicious. I seem to add onions and red peppers to everything, too. So glad to see kohlrabi used. I grew up eating it raw, but it hasn’t seemed very popular until late. Thanks for the idea!
