I must confess we didn’t add the broccoli because ours was too far gone when I got it out of the fridge AND we added onion for additional flavor when we cooked the chicken sausage. It was so flavorful and filling like we just had carbs……but we didn’t! I will definitely make this again…..and again!

I have been scrolling through this site and blog for quite some time now (and have tried my own things with spiralized noodles) but this is the first recipe I have tried from you and I love it! I think I have all my meals set for at least the next week now because I want to make this again forever.

Since I ended up making my own chicken sausage from scratch, (which ended up using the same+ spices) I didn’t add any extra and steamed the broccoli in the same pan with a bit of water before tossing in the noodles. It worked great! Thank you ever so much for ‘Inspiralizing’ me! ^^

I love one pan meals! This one goes together quickly and tastes great! I used half the amount of broth called for to avoid watery zucchini noodles and it worked fine. Garnished our bowls with fresh basil from the garden, mmmm. Will make again soon.
