Love this salad. My Husband has to watch his diet closely because of a heart condition, even loved it. He could not believe that he could have it on his diet. In the middle of winter this salad brightens up the day with thoughts of spring.

Thanks for giving the Weight Watcher points and the nutrition facts with your recipes. I recently had a minor heart attack and am having to limit the sodium I eat. I also have lost 35 pounds on
Weight Watchers and your recipes are mostly very legal for me to eat. I was a Home
Economics teacher in my early life and have been a nutrition nut all my life. I love my
