Such a clean-tasting dish. Love the mix of vegetables and the sauce is lovely. What a neat trick to sub spiralized daikon for the noodles. A keeper, will definitely make again. Thank you.

This was awesome. I made it last night and brought it to work for lunch. It reheated well and veggies were still crisp. I’ll definitely be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly and unfortunately didn’t care for this dish at all. I expected it to have a lot more flavor. Perhaps I should have doubled the sauce as Susan recommended. A lot of chewing with not much flavor reward. Oh well. My first failure from the Inspiralizer but I’m not discouraged.

In reply to Daisy. Vegans could substitute "Bee Free Honey" if available where you shop. According to their website it's available at Whole Foods, Sprouts, and other locations. I've tried it myself and it's pretty close to the real deal IMO!
