You can use collards, either raw or lightly steamed. Also, a combo of the collards and rice paper around the initial collard wrap works. Also, cabbage works if you don't like collards. Also romaine works. Also flat bread made with whatever your choice of flours or combos including flax, psyllium husk, almond flour, coconut flour, millet, spelt, oat flours, etc. Flax adds stickiness as does xanthan gum. If you're not into the vegan thing, you could use egg. They can be pan cooked on a hot tawa, like an Indian roti or tortilla, or you can bake them. another alternative is mixing veg (including juicer pulp) with spices and blend with the flax meal and water into a viscous batter, spread it on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate it to the desired floppiness. Don't go too long or you get crackers instead of wraps.

We tried these and liked them, except for the rice paper. None of us like the raw, chewiness of them. Have you found any other wrapper that you might suggest? The video really helps... thx!
