FAQ

Have a question about the Inspiralizer? You’ll find your answers here and if you don’t, send a question to [email protected] for more information.

Currently, we only ship to the United States. However, we are working on international distribution, so keep checking back to the Inspiralizer product page for updates.

There is a triangular indicator on the front of the Inspiralizer, next to the green knob. You must align the blade choice with this indicator to select the appropriate blade. You can see that happening in second 0:06 in this video.

We are sorry to hear that you are finding the Inspiralizer less than perfect! Our goal is to ensure that you love the Inspiralizer and have a flawless spiralized experience.

The reason you’re getting those “chunkier noodles” in the middle with zucchini is because it turns the center core (which is seeded) into noodles, which previously on other spiralizers, wasn’t getting used (they all have large cores, so you can’t take advantage of that extra noodle.) Basically, there’s less waste – but the noodle shapes are a bit inconsistent, yes.

If you dislike that shape, you can try using Blade B or C instead, which will make a slighter thicker noodle (like a linguine and fettuccine) and it will minimize those “misshapen” noodles.

Yes, we can offer you a new user guide! Email [email protected] and we will send you a PDF link to the manual for the interim!

There may be a manufacturing issue, which in that case, we will replace your Inspiralizer with a brand new one. However, there may be a simple fix. Sometimes, it’s essential to keep the gears “greased.” To do this, place a drop of cooking oil (for example, olive oil) on the back of the blade, on the bottom where it twists. Then, twist the knob and keep twisting until it works.

If this does not remedy the problem, please email [email protected] and we will issue you a replacement.

We are sorry to hear you’re having difficulties. Before securing the levers, please press firmly down on the center of the Inspiralizer. Then, turn the counter clamps from left to right, while still pressing firmly down on the center of the Inspiralizer. If you don’t do that, the Inspiralizer won’t properly secure. You can see that at second 0:20 if this video.

Some surfaces will not suction properly, such as wooden countertops or certain granites. The best surfaces are glass or marble. If you believe that your Counter Clamps are defective, after trying all of these methods, please email [email protected] and we will issue you a replacement.

whenever I hit a breakfast rut, I always make potato hashes. 🥔🍳 they're easy to make, keep you full until lunch, and I usually have all of the ingredients on hand: potatoes, garlic, a can of beans, eggs, and some sort of vegetable (here, I used brussels sprouts - but you could use bell peppers, finely chopped broccoli, etc!) what do you make when you're in a breakfast rut? 🤔⁣

SMOKY WHITE BEAN AND BRUSSELS SPROUTS POTATO HASH 👇🏼👇🏼⁣
serves 3-4⁣

INGREDIENTS⁣
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil⁣
1 russet potato, small cubed⁣
salt and pepper⁣
1 large garlic clove, minced⁣
12 ounces shredded Brussels sprouts⁣
1 (15oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed⁣
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika⁣
1/8 teaspoon chili powder⁣
vegetable broth, as needed (or water, if you don’t have broth on hand)⁣
4 eggs for frying (if desired)⁣

DIRECTIONSs⁣
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let cook until almost fork tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, Brussels sprouts and white beans, stir together, and season with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until sprouts are browned and potatoes are completely fork tender, about 10 more minutes, adding vegetable broth by the tablespoon as the vegetables dry out and potentially stick to the bottom of the pan.⁣

Meanwhile, fry four eggs in a large skillet or in batches. Divide the hash onto plates and top with the fried eggs. Serve with extra cracked pepper.⁣
