A big hello from The Netherlands. I recieved my inspiralizer today so it was a busy day in the kitchen spiralizing every vegi I could find. I love your inspiralizer and all the great recipes. Looking forward cooking my way through your first book and getting my hand on your new book. It is already pre-ordered. Waaaa, I went to pre-order on iBooks but it isn’t available in New Zealand and Amazon charges a bomb to ship overseas 🙁 🙁 Any chance of getting iBooks to make it available outside the USA for your international devotees??? I love your first book so must have this one 🙂

I am really looking forward to getting the new cookbook in August, I pr-ordered on Amazon yesterday. This one looks like it will be even better than the first book, I think having it organized by veggi type will be very helpful. Thank you so MUCH!

I want to thank you so much for creating such wonderful recipes and the Inspiralizer. It has changed my life and also made me lose 35lbs in weight since Christmas, which is definitely a bonus. Feel so much fitter and healthier.
