Chicken Zucchini Noodle Soup

The moment that first chill hits the air, I start thinking about the best chicken noodle soup ever, my Chicken Zucchini Noodle Soup.

Whether you’re fighting off a cold, making a comforting meal this fall, or just love soup, you’re going to love this recipe – and hopefully today’s video will encourage you to finally try it!

I’ve really been liking these quick-style cooking videos, so if anyone is missing the Everyday Inspiralized cooking series, please let me know, because I’ll start filming them again! For now, I’m liking this new format – and it’s easier to do! Let me know in the comments of this post!

  • I like the quick little videos. I don't need to have every step explained to me, but it is really nice to see what each step looks like and how you do it. And of course, it takes less time to watch.
  • I like the quick videos, but for the more complex recipes, I love Everyday Inspiralized. Plus I think those videos made me want to try the recipes more? If that makes sense? Your personality shines through those and the readers get to know you.. especially if they're not avid snappers like us :) lol
  • I enjoy your videos that show food prep and cooking. However, this one, with the high speed and the hyper music made me feel like I was in some kind of a race...not very relaxing. Just food for your thought. Thanks
  • Hmm, I like both types of videos, but the short ones are nice to watch when I'm short on time. Although I agree with the other viewers who talk about your personality shining through on the longer ones. I do miss that. Perhaps you could mix it up and do a short one this time, a long one next time. Either way, you're fun to watch and I've got sooo many recipes to try! Lol.
  • I prefer Everyday Inspiralized. This format doesn't seem to tell me anything more than the recipe does.
  • I think I like both types of videos. The shorter ones are pretty good at explaining the steps & then we have the recipe to remind us of ingredients etc. I made your sausage & pepper dish & I loved it. Many more to try especially from your new book which I purchased the other day. The recipes look yummy! Thanks Ali for your inspiration for the Inspiralizer. Elizabeth
