The spiralizer I have just kept coming off of the counter and I had to stop and push it back down. Another thing I love about it is that you don’t have to take out a new blade. Being able to turn the knob to switch the blade will be nice. I think I am going to love this smaller compact machine.

Could you let us know in your recipes which blade you’re using besides the letter? My spiralizer is not labeled with letters. DId you cut the slices apart for this recipe? My pile of spiralized slices are not looking like they will lay down unless I do a lot of cutting.
