I shared the recipe on my Kitchen Therapy FB page. I did do one tweak. When I saw the work “Greek” my mind immediately conjured up “garlic.” So, I added a couple of minced garlic cloves. Also, I used chicken breast instead of thighs because that’s what I happened to have in the fridge. Next time I make it (and there WILL be a next time) I’ll double up on the zoodles. For me it was a little light in the zoodle department, but then I really like zoodles!
