Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope you are somewhere warm and happy, surrounded by those you love, family and friends. Thanksgiving is a time to set aside all your worries and live in the moment and be happy and grateful to be alive, well and amongst people who you care about.
I love the above picture, because it includes my whole family, now as a married woman! From the left: Lu’s brother Jose, his wife Christina (our match-maker!), Lu’s sister Lisa, his sister Sandra, his mother Yolanda, Lu and I, my father David, my mother Karen, my sister Felicia, my grandma Loretta and my Pops, David. Not pictured: my brother David and my grandmother, Ida.
My heart is full of love this year.
I’m especially grateful for such wonderful, loving and supportive parents, who, without, I would never have become the woman I am today, and I’m thankful for the lessons they taught me:
And I’m MOST grateful for Lu, who makes me a better person every single day of my life and encourages me to be positive, even on the days when I don’t feel it. And like in the picture below, he is always there for me, like when I need someone to hold my dress. He never lets me trip or fall and if I did, he’d be right there to pick me back up.
And don’t think twice about that extra slice of pumpkin pie, because life is short and it should be sweet!
Thank you all, I couldn’t be more grateful for your support of me and Inspiralized.
