I also ordered the spiralizer for my sister in law as well (my mom and I already have one). She thinks she has a spiralizer already….you know which one I am talking about…the one that looks like an hour glass. I have kept mine hidden from her for a year just so I could get her 1 for Christmas!

Becky – all of my recipes are easily adjustable to exclude dairy. There is a great amount of Paleo recipes in the book, yes!
