This soup was GREAT! Makes a large batch and we’ve been eating it for a few days. It gets even better and more flavorful as leftovers.

Hi Ali!

I used to live in Salt Lake City for 4 years and I will be moving back there in July. I love it out there! I have never been to Solitude, but if you get the chance, go explore Park City! It’s not too far from there and Main Street is so cute and fun to explore. Here’s a few Park City recommendations:

-High West Distillery: They are open on Sundays and you can buy their whiskey on a Sunday too! Take the tour and then stay for dinner and drinks. The Whiskey Lemonade is too die for!
-Yuki Yama Sushi: A great date night on Main Street!
-Wasatch Brew Pub: Super casual and easy eats, but a great way to experience local Utah brews.
-No Name Saloon: One of the best bars in Park City! Great food and super fun and casual!
-Deer Valley Fireside Dining: A little far from Main Street and a little pricey, but totally worth it!

If you get some time in Salt Lake City:
-The Rose Establishment: BEST avocado toast and coffee! They have a yummy housemade cashew milk which tastes AMAZING in a latte. They don’t have wifi, so it makes you just sit and connect. 🙂
-Publik Kitchen: This place is very new and their menu is very small, but it is quality breakfast and lunch. And the neighborhood it is in is super adorable!
-Robin’s Nest: So many sandwiches, so little time!
-Squatter’s: Another brewpub type place, but one of my favorite places!
-Taqueria 27: If a place has a guacamole menu, you know it is good!
-Whiskey Street: My fiancee is a whiskey guy so we love this place. Their food is delicious and for a drink, I do love their Brown Derby.
-Beer Bar and Bar X are great places to grab a drink as well!

I hope this is isn’t too annoying of a post! I just love sharing my favorite city and my favorite places with people! Keep on inspiralizing, you’re awesome! 🙂

This looks great! Being Canadian, I am going to look for the Inspiralizer on Amazon,ca – hope they have it. If not, I guess I’ll go with the KitchenAid attachment. Thanks! Love your site!

I love love love all your recipes!
I spiralize all the time! Don’t take pictures though (the food ends up in my belly before you can say inspiralized ;-)),but…
