When you started your weight loss journey and getting into shape, you mentioned that you did about an hour of cardio (spinning or running). What sort of running would you do? I usually run outside but have started running on the treadmill at the gym. I am interested to know if you would do long runs or HIIT. Could you provide examples of running cardio workouts you enjoy?
