Hi Jenna! Definitely make it in the same day for best results, but if you do want to make it ahead of time, I recommend not more than 1 day in advance, as the pears will brown and farro gets tough in the refrigerator. If you do make it ahead of time, you can serve it warm - just heat in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes!]]></description>
