Sesame Chicken Zucchini Noodles (video)

When I first posted this Inspiralized version of the recipe from Chrissy Teigen’s cookbook Cravings, I was hoping she’d notice!

Spoiler alert: she didn’t.

But that’s okay, because it’s an easy, awesome go-to recipe that I’ve made a few times this summer. And today, I’m bringing it to life again with a how-to video!

While Teigen’s original recipe calls for regular noodles, I’ve of course used spiralized veggies instead – and you don’t miss a beat!

And who knows, maybe Chrissy will notice this time! Chrissy…. are you listening??

  • Where do I find a printable version of the sesame chicken zucchini noodles recipe?
    • I thought the same thing, I found it on the website. :) https://inspiralized.com/sesame-chicken-zucchini-noodles/
      • Thank you Cathy for helping us.
  • This is just a general question about spiralizing and storing the meals. I have just started and bought the new book. Can these meals store for a bit in the fridge? I am only cooking for myself and I would love to be able to only cook once for the week and have it last since a lot of these recipes have 4 or more servings. Can any of these meals be stored in the fridge without getting soggy? I tried to store zoodles overnight in the fridge in the beginning but it didn’t work and became soggy. Any tips/advise would be wonderful ! Thanks.
    • This is just a general answer about how I do "make-ahead" meals. I live far from the grocery store, and veggies don't keep very long here in extreme south Georgia. I have found, however, that I can buy zucchini, spiralize, and store in sealed plastic ware (with plenty of air space) for as much as 4-5 days before it starts to spoil. Rather than get soggy, I find that it dries out and lasts longer than keeping the veggies in the fridge whole. So, what I do instead of making the meals ahead is just prepare the veggies ahead and throw the meals together when it's time to eat. Hope this helps.

  • I’ve got to be honest with you – the first time I put these Monster Studio headsets on, I wondered how headphones such as these are capable to produce outstanding base. It was amazing! It honestly felt like you were in your own studio with Dre right beside you. If you’re like me, and can’t go a day without listening to music, these headphones will become your best friend.
  • I had to make sure I was awake when I looked at this cake- it speaks my heart’s cake language. HELLO CHAI. HELLO COCONUT! I think I know what I am making after finishing work today My favourite kitchen tips are: if you have to measure something sticky (molasses, honey…) try to use the measure for an ingredient that is oily first- helps everything slide out.My second tip is keep your knives sharp. A dull knife is so much more dangerous, and, sharp knives make it all so much easier.
  • Dean and I both went today; I think when you’re living with someone who has a mental illness it does start to affect you after a while and it’s like you’re *both* living with it. Or parts of it. Like a bloody hydra.
