I just made this and it’s delicious, refreshing and creamy. I wound up putting the entire avocado into the dressing since my limes were on the large side and generously juicy. I also didn’t have corn so left it out and it was still good, but I’m sure it would be even better with the corn. Yum. Thanks, Ali, for another great recipe!
