Thank you for this fabulous recipe. My husband loves the flavours in this “rice”.
I found your website after purchasing a handheld spiralizer. We enjoyed all the recipes we tried but were limited to smaller vegetables. Our Inspiralizer arrived last week and I can’t get enough. Last night was my first time using my spiralizer and using a recipe from this site. I just made these kabobs and rice last night and it was delicious! I was suprised how much I enjoyed the flavors and celeriac rice. This recipe is a keeper. So excited to try other recipes from this site.

We’ve now made this “rice” twice this week, and everyone loved it! We’ve been ricing cauliflower for a while now, but that was getting boring and this recipe with celeriac is a nicer texture. Our local produce market was selling them for $1.99. It was GINORMOUS. Hooray! Thank you for another fantastic recipe.
