Just getting into spiralizing and it’s so much easier than I expected – always thought it would be so much work, but very easy. Needed a Mexican themed snack for my monthly dinner group and I think the black bean & butternut squash noodle tacos will be perfect. BTW, this dinner group is composed of women who have known each other for over 50 years – we started out to learn how to cook and now it’s getting together and sharing the newest events in our lives – we’ve been meeting every month for over 40 years. Great way for me to introduce them to spiralizing.
