I often will reverse it if it gets a bit ground and try to attach a bit better. It usually holds after that. Like the idea of the 30 second Mic. Will try that.

Sweet potato fried rice is a favorite meal of ours. Just delicious! Often have it with breaded and baked cod and a nice salad.

Sometimes those potatoes can be very hard…it works for me.

I have been following your blog for a long time, and I own your inspirilzer,– I bought it with your first cookbook. I have such a hard time with sweet potoatoes, they don’t seem to spirilize very easily. The teeth don’t seem to hold the back of the potaotoe almost grinding the back, I end up wasting so much. I have watched your vidio so many times. Any ideas or tips? I love the sweet potatoe, kale ban bake!! thanks Marianne
