					<description><![CDATA[This was delicious but it was hardly 10 minutes of prep time!!! It took at least 30 - 40 to peel &#038; spiralize the vegetables.  I used my Paderno to spiralize the sweet potatoes and onion but had to use my OXO hand held one for the parsnips.  Family loved it but I was exhausted making it.  Thanks for the recipe.  PS I used 1 cup almond flour instead of the coconut flower.]]></description>
