I made this tonight and it is SO good! My hubby also agreed! He already told me I could make it again anytime!! 🙂 I was a little nervous that the sweet potatoes were going to be a little too sweet, but after you cook them down, they blend so nicely with all the spices! I will definitely make this again! Thanks for the wonderful recipe Ali!

I made your sweet potato/tomato/ chicken dish and really enjoyed it. The notion of the noodle tomato combined with the distinctive flavours of roasted chicken and artichokes was a treat for the palate. I will be trying the jicama fries this weekend! Thanks for the great recipes 🙂

Just received my Spiralizer and sweet potatoes were the first thing I spiralized, I love them but my husband has been avoiding them for years. First dish was Sweet Potato with grilled chicken, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes. He loved it, last night he asked me if I could try to make the zucchini noodles for him with some shrimp. So glad to have found your blog and your recipes are really great, I enjoy the simple ones too but will try some of the more complicated ones on the weekend. Next try, sweet potato noodles in the waffle maker for the grandson who only eats white food!
