Frankly, I was scared to open it so it sat in my basement until winter break (I am a teacher). Well, I made the bikini bolognese for my husband and me. OMG! I am a convert! Last night we had the Chicken Tika Marsala over butternut squash noodles. Both dishes had incredible flavor and were so beautiful to plate! Thank you for your blog and cookbook which I bought over vacation. Keep your recipes coming!!!

OMG, it was so tasty and leftovers the next day were even better! I think next time, I will double the sauce and toss in a whole chicken. Thanks!
