It looks and sounds wonderful, but 52 carbs is a no no. I need to stay around 32-36 carbs. Any suggestions how to turn this recipe around. I think I’m going to have to let this one go and find something else.

You mentioned cooking onions w the peppers but onion is not listed in the ingredients except the white onion for the Pico de Gallo. Also, can you clarify the amount of cilantro? It says 1.4 cup cilantro which I’m guessing is a typo. It sounds yummy!
