  • Hi I love your site and all of the recipes! I have buckets of zuchinni from my garden. Can I freeze the noodles raw and then enjoy them this winter when I am craving taste of fresh zuchinni? Do you recommend blanching the noodles before freezing? Help? Barb B
  • Great video! Perfect amount of simplicity and instruction.
  • Love the videos (and the fopsticks lol)! This looks delicious!! Can't wait to try it.
  • Love the video! Pad thai is one of my fave foods in the universe, but I never eat as much of it as I want to because it's so unhealthy. This solves that problem! ;)
  • Thanks for the video! I love the "busy" music. It's interesting that you really under cook your zoodles. I always stir fry mine until they are soft. I should branch out :)
  • I love this...simple and easy to follow, like all your videos! Thanks for continuing to inspiralize the world Ali :) Can't wait for the cookbook!
  • Ali, I found your site about 3 weeks ago and love it. I especially love the videos because I just got my spiralizer in the mail yesterday so I am a newbie :) Thank you for so many great recipes and resources!
  • My daughter gave me a spiralized last month and it is now my favorite kitchen tool! Had a party last night where my friends asked me to demonstrate, so I used a sweet potato and the finest noodles came out beautifully. Immediately seven of my gf's asked for info to buy one! Gave this URL as well
  • Awesome, I am going to make this tonight! How about a video using broccoli stems, since I've yet to try that.
  • Hey Ali...what is the brand of chili sauce did you use? I know the blog says Thai, but the one I found at Whole Foods looked different and didn't have garlic? Thanks :)
    • It doesn't have to have garlic, any Thai chili sauce will work! This is what I use: http://www.gourmetfoodworld.com/Oriental-Products/Huy-Fong-Foods-Chili-Garlic-Sauce-Hot-Oriental-Products-details-3552.asp?af=googleprod2&gclid=Cj0KEQjwsJyfBRC729Oy5Pf26ekBEiQAYtd9QcA6wnpghCq6WJectmjSxwMjCU4qNwwXVZp__1fgVp4aAsC48P8HAQ
  • Where can I find those cool "fopsticks"? They are cute and very practical!
  • This recipe was amazing. I added shrimp and used your suggested substitute of Hoisin sauce for the fish sauce. Simply delish!! Thanks!
