Turkey and Hummus Pita Sandwiches with Spiralized Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat pitas halved into ‘pockets’
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 package Applegate Roast Turkey deli slices
  • 1 large English seedless cucumber Blade A, noodles trimmed

Instructions

  • Open up the pita and hold it open. Spread the hummus on one or both sides (about 2 tablespoons.) Roll up the turkey slices and place them gently into the pita pocket. Top with cucumber noodles. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.
