Spiced Pear Overnight Oats
- 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk from a 15oz can
- 1 small pear Blade D, noodles trimmed well
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- almond milk to thin
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
When you’re ready to enjoy, add almond milk by the tablespoon and stir well until you reach your desired consistency (for me, 2 tablespoons was enough!)
