Sheetpan Blender Pancakes with Chocolate, Apple and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked cubed butternut squash
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 11 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 apple Blade D

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend all of the ingredients together except for the apple in a blender until smooth.
  • Lay out half of the apple noodles the batter out on a 10” x 12.5” x 1” well greased baking sheet.
  • Pour over all of the batter and top with remaining apple noodles.
  • Shake the pan until batter is evenly spread.
  • Top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until pancakes are firm and edges may have browned.
  • Slice and serve.
