- ?1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ?2 hard boiled eggs chopped?
- 1 celery stalk diced
- 1 ? ?teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ?1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ?teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 apple of choice Blade C
- ?2 bell pepper cups sliced in half, seeded?
?Combine the yogurt, eggs, celery, dijon, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in the bottom of a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in the apple noodles and mix until noodles break apart and are coated in the mixture. Stuff into bell peppers halves!
