Ingredients

  • ?1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ?2 hard boiled eggs chopped?
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 1 ? ?teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ?1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ?teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 apple of choice Blade C
  • ?2 bell pepper cups sliced in half, seeded?

Instructions

  • ?Combine the yogurt, eggs, celery, dijon, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in the bottom of a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in the apple noodles and mix until noodles break apart and are coated in the mixture. Stuff into bell peppers halves!
