Spiced Pear Overnight Oats


  • 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk from a 15oz can
  • 1 small pear Blade D, noodles trimmed well
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • almond milk to thin


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
  • When you’re ready to enjoy, add almond milk by the tablespoon and stir well until you reach your desired consistency (for me, 2 tablespoons was enough!)
