The online landscape of spiralizing has changed DRASTICALLY since I started Inspiralized. When I first started (you can read more about that story here), the only spiralized recipes online were those for raw vegans and were pretty much just carrot or zucchini noodles drizzled with vegan pestos or peanut sauces.
Now, almost every single food blog has at least once spiralized recipe on it! I can’t explain how exciting this is to me, and I love seeing the spiralized recipes.
