Creamy Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 avocado peeled and pitted
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the dressing into a food processor and pulse until creamy.
- Taste and adjust, if needed.
