Sheetpan Blender Pancakes with Chocolate, Apple and Cinnamon
- 1 cup cooked cubed butternut squash
- 3 ripe bananas
- 6 large eggs
- 11 tablespoons rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple Blade D
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all of the ingredients together except for the apple in a blender until smooth.
Lay out half of the apple noodles the batter out on a 10” x 12.5” x 1” well greased baking sheet.
Pour over all of the batter and top with remaining apple noodles.
Shake the pan until batter is evenly spread.
Top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until pancakes are firm and edges may have browned.
Slice and serve.
