#EverydayInspiralized: Shredded Kale, Brussels Sprouts, and Pear Noodle Salad

#EverydayInspiralized: Shredded Kale, Brussels Sprouts, and Pear Noodle Salad

And I’m back with another episode of our new YouTube cooking series, #EverydayInspiralized!

This past weekend, our videographer came to my apartment and filmed four brand new videos and I promise that they won’t be fall and winter-esque recipes like today’s.

BUT, I wanted to share a video of this recipe, because it literally became the salad I made everywhere I went – whether to a friend’s potluck or a cooking demo.

This salad is one of those simple but powerful dishes that are versatile and most importantly, save well in the refrigerator – perfect for planning ahead and having a healthy meal on hand.

And if you missed my announcement last Wednesday, I’ve started a YouTube cooking series called “Everyday Inspiralized” where I’ll be cooking up some of my favorite recipes from the blog (and some new ones!) that are easy, simple, and ones that you can incorporate into your everyday!

I’m serious, make this – and you’ll surprise yourself. If you’re a protein freak, add grilled chicken, pork chops, or even just quinoa to this! You can grab the recipe here in the meantime, but make sure you watch the episode (and subscribe!)

  1. Love the video. This dish looks delicious and so healthy. I will be making this soon!! Thanks Ali.

  2. I can’t wait to try this one! Thanks!

  3. Kale salad is my favorite, so adding those delicious brussels sprouts, pears and sliced almonds gives another unique way to get all that nutrition, deliciously!! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Where’s the recipe?

  5. I only have three blades, can you post a diagram of which blade (s) to use for this and other recipes?

  6. I am looking for the recipe also. Especially the dressing you use. Thanks

  7. This looks wonderful! I especially like a salad that keeps well and/or a great dish to take to friends. Do the pear noodles get brown after you make it? Should I wait and put the pears in just before serving?
